Boo!  If your little Bitsy is too young to participate in normal Halloween festivities, it might be time to hit the local library….or Amazon!  Halloween books are the best way to get babies and toddlers involved in the holiday and join the fun!  We’ve rounded up our favorite Halloween-themed books — from classics like The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything to newer favorites like Splat the Cat and The Spooky Wheels on the Bus, there’s something here for every Bitsy!
